It’s not a commonly associated finding in hypothyroid kids In fact, a AAP Pediatrics article even states that hypothyroid kids may have MACROcephaly compared to body size: <a href="http://pediatrics.aappublications.org/content/59/4/628.abstract" rel="nofollow">http://pediatrics.aappublications.org/content/59/4/628.abstract</a></p>
