<p>It would follow that abuse cases would needed to be air-tight.  If you&#8217;ve ever been in one of those trials, you know exactly what I&#8217;m talking about.</p>
<p>The other scenario might be if your patient is not extremely likely to return such that you need an answer NOW.  No use having a gold standard test if you never see the person again.</p>
